1) Can I use a Panduit LCMA metric lug on AWG cable instead of metric conductor?
The Pan-Lug LCMA barrels are sized to metric cross-sections (50, 70 and 95mm2) and compliance is stated against EN 61238-1:2003/IEC 61238-1:2003 Class B with Class 2r wire. If you are terminating AWG conductors, use an AWG-sized compression lug instead. Crimping an AWG conductor into a metric barrel leaves the wrong barrel-to-conductor fill and the crimp die numbers will not correspond.
2) Is the Panduit LCMA lug a one-hole or two-hole terminal, and is the tongue straight?
One stud hole, round tongue, straight (zero degree) tongue angle, on a standard barrel. That makes it a compact single-bolt termination for tight panel space. If your bus bar is drilled for two-hole NEMA spacing or your spec requires a two-bolt landing to resist rotation, this is not the right lug.
3) What voltage and temperature is the Panduit LCMA copper compression lug rated for?
