1) Will a PDQ SV211 dummy knob fit the existing 161 bore in my commercial door?
Yes. The SV Series mounts to standard 161 door prep on doors 1-3/8 inch to 1-3/4 inch thick, which is the same prep used by common commercial knob locksets. Because the SV211 is a dummy, nothing goes into the edge bore, so an old latch mortise in the door edge will simply be left empty behind the existing or a filler latch plate.
2) Will the SV211 dummy match the keyed PDQ SV locks on my other doors?
It will. The SV211 uses the same ball knob (CQ) trim, stainless steel or wrought brass knobs and 3 inch wrought roses as the rest of the SV Series, so the dummy on a closet or inactive leaf reads identically to the keyed and passage SV functions down the corridor.
