No. The ELP-210 is built for out-swinging doors, where the latch and strike gap are exposed on the outside face. On an in-swing door the latch is already protected by the frame stop, so a latch guard of this type does nothing there. It does work on either hand, right or left, of an out-opening door.

The plate measures 7 x 3-1/4 inches and is notched at the center to clear a rose of 3-1/2 inches or smaller. If the escutcheon or rose on your lockset is larger than 3-1/2 inches across, the notch will not seat over it and you need a different guard.

The ELP-210's 3-1/4 inch width is a lot of plate for a narrow storefront stile. For aluminum entrance and storefront doors, Don-Jo makes narrower out-swing guards: the LP-307 at 2-5/8 x 7 inches in 12-gauge steel, the GLP-307 at the same 2-5/8 x 7 inch footprint, and the NELP-207 at 3-1/2 x 6.5 inches in 12-gauge steel. Measure your stile face before choosing.
