1) Will the RAB Ultra Economy LED disk light fit both 4 inch and 6 inch recessed cans?
Two separate parts, not one universal fixture. The RAB Ultra Economy disk light is ordered as DISK34-4 for 4 inch openings or DISK34-6 for 6 inch openings, so pick the model that matches the can or ceiling cut you already have. If a building has a mix of 4 and 6 inch cans, order both sizes rather than expecting one to cover the other.
2) Can I put the RAB disk light on the dimmer that's already in the wall?
It runs on 120V TRIAC dimming, so a standard forward phase incandescent style wall dimmer is the right control. The disk light will not respond correctly to 0-10V or DALI controls. Keep in mind that a 12W to 16W LED draws far less than the old cans it replaces, so a single dimmer can carry a lot of these on one circuit.
3) What color temperature do I get, and do I have to decide before ordering?
Color temperature is set in the field, not at the order desk. The RAB Ultra Economy disk light is 5CCT selectable, so one part covers all five settings and you flip the selector at install.
