1) Will the Klein Tools RT110 receptacle tester test GFCI outlets or trip a GFCI?
No. The RT110 has no GFCI trip button, so it will not test GFCI protection or trip a GFCI device. It checks wiring on standard 3-wire 110/125V AC receptacles only. If you need GFCI trip testing on the job, you need a tester with a dedicated GFCI trip function instead.

No on both counts. The RT110 is rated 110/125V AC at 50/60Hz in a 3-wire outlet. It needs a grounding conductor to read the wiring, so it does not work in an ungrounded two-prong receptacle, and it is not a 220/240V instrument.
