1) Can the ROFU 9300 request-to-exit button switch a 250VAC circuit, or is it low voltage only?
The 9300 is rated 0.5A at 250VAC and the contacts are DPDT, so it will switch a line-voltage circuit within that rating as well as low-voltage door control. DPDT gives you two independent sets of transfer contacts, which is what you want when one button has to both drop a mag lock and signal an alarm panel or shunt at the same time.
2) Is the ROFU 9300 a momentary button or does it latch on?
Momentary. The blue 9300 button makes contact only while it is pressed and returns on release, which is the normal request-to-exit behavior for releasing a mag lock or electric strike for the length of the press. If you need a button that stays in position, that is a maintained (MAIN) function, not this one.

Keep the wrench, it is the only thing that will get the plate back off.

Two finishes: satin aluminum (US28) and dark anodized bronze (US40). US28 matches clear anodized aluminum storefront and most commercial door frames; US40 is for dark bronze anodized entrances. 5) Can a ROFU 9300 exit button hold the door unlocked for a few seconds after it is pressed?
Not on its own, but an electronic time delay is an option on the 9300, with relocking time adjustable from 1 to 30 seconds. That is what you specify when someone needs time to get through the opening after the press instead of the lock dropping back the moment the button releases. It has to be called out on the order, it is not standard.
