Nothing extra is needed. The WJA-0076 is a self-sticking polyester label, so it goes on straight from the backing with no rivets, screws, or separate adhesive. That makes it workable on enclosure doors and covers where you cannot drill.

The WJA-0076 uses red lettering on a white background with a HIGH VOLTAGE legend, which is the common red-on-white convention for high voltage marking. If the existing labels in your building are red on white with the same wording, these will read consistently alongside them. If your standard is a black-on-orange WARNING format, this is a different marker and you'd want to keep the facility on one convention.

It's a flexible self-adhesive polyester label, not a rigid plastic or metal placard. That matters if you're applying to a curved surface such as a conduit body or a transformer housing, where a rigid sign won't seat. For a flat, high-abuse surface some buyers prefer a rigid engraved plate instead.
