5) Which loading rod in the 437C do I use for a Sargent mortise or rim cylinder?
Use loading rod 13-1034. It covers 6, 8, 10, 11, mortise and rim cylinders. The other rod, 13-1035, is for 480, 470, 460 and 6300 cores, so grabbing the wrong one is the usual reason pins will not seat cleanly.
