1) What's the difference between the Pivot Bolt and Direct Drive versions of the S&G Audit Lock 2.0?
Those are the two bolt styles the Audit Lock 2.0 comes in, and you pick based on how the safe's boltwork is driven. Pivot bolt is part number 3006-102; direct drive is 3007-102. Everything else about the lock, the audit trail, the keypad, the user modes, is the same between them. Match the style to what the safe or vault door was built for, since the bolt is the mechanical interface to the boltwork.
2) How many people can I set up on a Sargent & Greenleaf Audit Lock 2.0?

3) How do I get the audit trail off the lock, do I need special software?
The Audit Lock 2.0 stores 1000 time and date stamped events and downloads them straight to a USB flash drive at the keypad. From there you save as PDF, Excel, Word or text, then view, print or email. Two order codes cover the download side: 3103-130 is the flash drive, and 3103-095 is the flash drive bundled with the audit trail software.
4) What else do I need to order with the Audit Lock 2.0 to actually pull reports?
The lock itself gives you the stored events; you need a flash drive to get them out. Order 3103-130 for the drive alone, or 3103-095 for the drive with the audit trail software. If you want remote indication of whether the bolt is thrown, the bolt position indicator (BPI) is a separate add-on cable, not built in. Batteries are standard 9-volt and user changeable.
