Schaub 788-4 4" Center to Center Vinci Cabinet Pull

The Omnia 1968/102 is a forged solid brass cabinet pull built on 4 inch center-to-center spacing, so it drops onto the same two holes as the Schaub 788-4 Vinci pull. The Trimco 562 Series drawer pull also offers a 4 inch center-to-center option, along with 3-1/2 inch and 96mm. The difference is appearance and material: the Schaub 788-4 is a rustic-style solid bronze pull with a 1-1/8 inch projection, while the Omnia 1968/102 is a modern-styled brass pull.

The Schaub 788-4 Vinci needs 4 inch between hole centers and measures 4-5/16 inch overall, which is more than some narrow stiles and small drawer faces will take. For tighter faces, the Trimco 553 Series drawer pull is a 3 inch center-to-center pull, and the Deltana SBP35 square bar pull is 3-1/2 inch. If you want to drop to a single hole entirely, the Orca Hardware Bachelor Collection round knob and round ring knob are both 1-1/4 inch diameter, and the Blackcomb square knob is 25mm.

Projection is 1-1/8 inches from the face of the door or drawer, which leaves enough room to get a full hand behind it. That matters on inset cabinets and on doors next to a wall return or an appliance panel, where a deep pull can foul the swing.

Not as a direct swap. The Schaub 788-4 Vinci is a two-hole cabinet pull on 4 inch centers using 8/32 x 1 inch screws. The Orca Hardware Bachelor Collection CK-15030 and CK-16030 are cabinet knobs at 1-1/4 inch diameter, which mount on a single hole. Replacing the pull with a knob leaves one of the two existing bores exposed, so it works only on new doors or where you are refacing.

The base dimension is 5/16 inch, so this is a slim-profile pull rather than a chunky bar. On a narrow door stile the limiting factor is the 4-5/16 inch overall length, not the thickness, so mount it vertically on a narrow stile or horizontally on drawer fronts.
