The 20-207 is a sub-assembled full size interchangeable core in the S123 keyway, and it ships with no keys and no pinning parts, so cut keys, pins and springs come from whoever maintains your key system. It is not a complete cylinder either, so there's no lockset, no IC housing and no mortise cylinder body in the box. The lock or cylinder it goes into has to already be prepped for a Schlage full size core.

No. It's a full size interchangeable core, what Schlage also calls large format, or LFIC. Small format cores are the figure-eight shaped ones used in SFIC housings, and the two form factors are not interchangeable in either direction. If the core you pulled out of the door is figure-eight shaped, the 20-207 is not the replacement for it.

No handing to specify. The core is non-handed, so the same part goes into a left or right hand opening, and it doesn't need changing if a door gets rehung the other way later. The only fit question that matters is whether the housing it's going into is prepped for a Schlage full size core.

626 satin chrome is the standard commercial finish on levers, exit devices and cylinders, so on a typical 626 opening the core face reads as part of the set. Worth knowing that only the exposed face of the core shows once it's seated in the housing, so a slight difference against 630 satin stainless is far less noticeable here than it would be on a rose or an escutcheon plate.
