Schlage Electronics 9004R 4 Independently Controlled Relays

The 9004R is a distribution board that mounts in a Schlage Electronics power supply and gives you four independently controlled relays with integrated logic. It's the piece you add when the openings need to talk to each other: security interlocks (mantrap or vestibule sequencing so both doors can't be released at once), automatic operator triggering, and time delay functions. Each relay is switched on its own, so one board can handle four separate outputs rather than one shared contact.

It's built for the Schlage Electronics PS902, PS904 and PS906 power supplies. Those three are the listed hosts, so if your panel enclosure is one of them the board drops in. If you're feeding a different manufacturer's supply, this isn't the board for it.

That's one of the three jobs this board is built for. The 9004R carries integrated logic for security interlocks, so the sequencing between the two doors is handled on the board itself rather than requiring separate logic modules wired in. It also handles auto operator control and time delays from the same four independently controlled relays, so a vestibule with an interlock plus a push-plate operator can run off the one board.

It's a distribution board, not a boxed standalone module. The 9004R installs into a Schlage Electronics power supply (PS902, PS904 or PS906) and takes its enclosure and power from that supply. Order the power supply as part of the job if there isn't already one at the opening.

The practical limit is the power supply it's installed in, since the board is a distribution board that sits inside a PS902, PS904 or PS906 rather than a standalone enclosure.

Time delay is built into the board's logic, along with auto operator control, so on a PS902, PS904 or PS906 supply you generally don't need to add a discrete timer module to sequence an operator behind a released latch. Both functions come off the same four independently controlled relays.
