Schlage Electronic Security MT20W Enrollment Reader

The Schlage MT20W is a smart-credentials-only enrollment reader designed to simplify credential programming in no-tour multifamily and commercial access control deployments. Site administrators use the MT20W with the ENGAGE web app to program encrypted credentials - such as a keyfob or card - over Wi-Fi or USB, without visiting each lock. When a resident or user presents the pre-programmed credential at a supported lock, the lock database updates automatically. 1) Will the Schlage MT20W read our existing 125 kHz proximity fobs?
No. The MT20W reads Schlage smart credentials only: MIFARE Classic Secure Sector, MIFARE Plus Secure Sector, and MIFARE DESFire with PACSA Secure Sector. Proximity credentials need the MT20 version, which is built for multi-technology, smart and proximity credentials.
