No. The Homeline CAFI breaker is a plug-in device built for the Homeline range of load centers, and Homeline and QO breakers are not interchangeable. If your panel is a QO panel, you need a QO arc-fault breaker instead. Check the label inside the panel door for the range before ordering.
2) What is the difference between the HOM115CAFI and the plug-on neutral CAFI version?
Both are 1-pole combination arc-fault breakers, but they connect the neutral differently.
