2) Is the NQ L2C interior main lug or main breaker?
Main lugs. There is no main breaker in the interior, so overcurrent protection for the panel has to come from an upstream device, typically the feeder breaker at the source. If your drawing calls for a main breaker in the panel, this is the wrong interior type.
3) What voltage and system can the Schneider NQ 225A interior be used on?
It is rated 240VAC and 48VDC, 1 phase, 3 wire. That covers a single phase 120/240V service with a neutral. It is not the interior to use on a 3 phase 4 wire system.
