2) What's the difference between the 400SN and the SN225KA solid neutral?
Lug count and wire range. The 400SN is set up for (2) 1-600 or (4) 1-250 Al/Cu plus (2) 4-300 Al/Cu. The SN225KA is the smaller of the two: (2) 4-300 Al/Cu plus (2) 14-1/0 Al/Cu, so it suits lighter services with small branch neutrals and grounds.
3) Can I land both aluminum and copper conductors on these Schneider neutral lugs?
Yes, every lug arrangement in this group is rated Al/Cu, so aluminum or copper feeders land in the same connectors. That covers all four kits: 400SN, AL800SN, SN1200 and SN225KA.
