1) Will the Metallics 0006B screwdriver bit fit a standard drill or impact driver chuck?
The 0006B is a 1/4 inch hex shank bit, so it drops into any 1/4 inch hex quick-change holder, magnetic bit holder, or impact driver collet. It also chucks into a standard three-jaw drill chuck if that is what you have on the truck.
2) What screw sizes does the Metallics 0006B slotted bit drive?
It is a slotted (flat blade) bit sized for #6 to #8 screws, which covers most device screws, cover plate screws, and terminal screws an electrician hits in a day. On larger slotted heads the blade will be undersized and will cam out of the slot, so step up to a wider blade for #10 and above.
3) How long is the Metallics 0006B bit, and will it reach into a deep device box?
The bit is 1-1/2 inches overall. That is the standard insert-bit length, so in a bit holder it gives you normal reach for device and plate screws, but it will not get down a deep recess on its own. For that you want a longer power bit or an extension holder.
4) How many bits come in a Metallics 0006B pack?
