Unique FS23M Innovation

Unlike conventional failsafe bolt locks, the FS23M utilizes dual failsafe technology that includes a nylon bolt with a hardened magnetic core and repelling magnets in both the bolt and strike. This ensures that, even if the mechanical spring fails, the bolt will still be ejected from the strike to unlock the door—a key feature that led to its distinction as the only electric bolt lock approved by the California State Fire Marshal for after-hours locking of perimeter entrance and emergency exit doors.
