The 200SNKO is the 2 inch snap-in knockout seal, so it fills a 2 inch trade size knockout in a panel, box, or enclosure wall. It snaps in from one side, no locknut or threaded body involved. Other sizes in the Metallics snap-in seal line are available by request.
2) Do I need a locknut or sealing washer to install a snap-in knockout seal?
No. A snap-in seal is a one-piece part that springs into the knockout and holds itself, which is why it goes in faster than a threaded plug and locknut. Nothing else ships with the bag of 10, and nothing else is needed to close a 2 inch opening.
3) Can I use a snap-in knockout seal to blank off a 1-1/2 inch or 3/4 inch opening?
Not with the 200SNKO. It is sized for 2 inch knockouts only, and an undersized hole will not accept it while a larger hole will not hold it. Metallics builds the snap-in seals in other sizes, available by request, so order the seal that matches the knockout you are filling.

Steel, with a zinc finish. That matters if you are filling openings in a steel enclosure and want the seal to match the gauge and corrosion behaviour of the can rather than a snap-in plastic plug.
