The Sioux Chief 638WG212E is a 1/2" F1960 x 12" stub out built from Type L copper, engineered to bring a PEX expansion (F1960) connection up through the subfloor for closet or lavatory rough-in work. The integrated ear bracket secures the stub out to framing for a stable, code-conscious rough-in point, and the female end accepts sweat, push-fitting or compression valves so a plumber can finish out with whichever connection type is on hand.
