The Sioux Chief 891-0312P is a stainless steel banded saddle tee built for tying a new branch into an existing 3" drain-waste-vent pipe run without cutting into the stack. The stainless steel band clamps the fitting directly onto the outside of the existing pipe, which makes it a practical fix for renovation and remodel jobs where opening up an existing stack to add a fitting isn't realistic.
