No. The 10250TS39 is a two-position plate, marked HAND and AUTO only. For a three-position selector (for example HAND-OFF-AUTO) you need a three-position legend plate instead, or the legend positions will not line up with the switch detents.
3) Will a square legend plate match my existing round Eaton legend plates in the same panel?
Visually, no. The 10250TS39 is the standard square shape, so it will read differently alongside round plates on the same enclosure door. Both mount to 10250T operators, so it is purely an appearance question - if the panel is already standardized on square plates, this one matches.
4) Is HAND AUTO the right marking for an MRO pump or fan control station?
It suits a two-state control where the operator chooses manual or automatic running, which is the common marking on pump, fan, and conveyor stations. If the station also needs a positive stop position, a two-position HAND AUTO plate is the wrong marking and you want a three-position plate with an OFF legend.
