The Stanley QED111ED-36-313AN commercial hardware heavy-duty exit device series to accommodate the widest range of uses. It has features like thru-bolt design and available options like hurricane compliance and fire rating so that you can trust the security, strength, and durability of these exit devices no matter which trim, finish, or configuration option you choose. This Series heavy duty exit devices has been Certified to ANSI/BHMA A156.3 Series - Grade 1

Electrified Dogging: Electrified Dogging (ED) allows continuous latch retraction and dogging simultaneously. ED requires first time mechanical activation after which the push bar will continuously hold the push bar and latch retracted. When power is removed or interrupted from the device, the latch bolt will extend and push bar will release.
