The lever handle is perfect for use with the TH1103/TH1104 deadlatch mortise lock or any other brand of narrow stile mortise deadlatch. This product can be installed in four different configurations or orientations. Handing can be reversed on cam plug by removing the C-clip and flipping the cam and reinstalling the C-clip.

2) I ordered the left hand TH1100 lever but my door is right hand. Do I have to send it back?
No, keep it. The TH1100 ships non handed and is four way reversible, so one handle covers all four configurations. You change the hand at the cam plug: pop the C-clip off, flip the cam, put the C-clip back on. It arrives set up left handed, and that is the only thing the LH1 designation reflects.
3) Is the TH1100 lever handle a complete replacement set, or do I need to buy the mounting hardware separately?
