1) Will the Topaz 201BAL watertight hub work with EMT conduit?
No. The 201BAL hub is threaded and built for Rigid (RMC) and IMC conduit only. EMT is not threaded, so it needs a compression or set-screw connector instead. If your run is rigid or IMC and you are landing it in a box knockout, this is the right fitting.
