TOTO THP4577 – Frequently Asked Questions
1) What is the TOTO THP4577 part used for?
THP4577 is the handshower elbow adaptor for the TOTO Aimes line. It is the bracket/elbow that the handshower mounts to and feeds through, sold as a replacement part rather than a complete shower kit. Order it by TOTO part number THP4577.
2) Is the TOTO THP4577 a complete handshower, or just the mounting piece?
Just the mounting piece. THP4577 is the handshower bracket/elbow adaptor assembly, a service part. If your handshower wand or hose is also worn, those are separate items and need to be ordered on their own part numbers.
3) Will the TOTO Aimes handshower elbow adaptor work with a non-TOTO shower valve or handshower?
It is a TOTO Aimes service part, matched to that TOTO trim family. Treat it as a TOTO-to-TOTO replacement; if you are servicing another brand's handshower, get the elbow from that manufacturer's parts list instead.
4) Does THP4577 come in more than one finish?
THP4577 is ordered as a single configuration under that one part number. A property manager restocking Aimes bath trim only has to match the number, not a finish suffix.
