Toto MOUNTING SET UC LAV, TALL RIM THU410

The THU410 is TOTO's anchor set for mounting an undermount lavatory sink to a hard surface countertop, such as stone or solid surface. It is the hardware that holds the bowl up against the underside of the counter, not the sink itself and not a drain or faucet part. TOTO sells it as a replacement part, so it is what you order when the original anchors on an installed undermount lav have corroded, stripped, or gone missing during a remodel.

Hard surface counters. TOTO specifies the THU410 as the undercounter lav anchor set for hard surface tops, the granite, quartz, and solid surface counters that get cut and polished for an undermount bowl. If the counter is laminate over particleboard, that is not the substrate this set is intended for, and an undermount bowl generally is not installed in that kind of top anyway.

The THU410 is the tall rim version of TOTO's undercounter mounting set. TOTO builds undermount lavs with different rim heights and matches the anchor set to the rim, so check the rim style of the bowl you are hanging before ordering. On a tall rim TOTO undermount lav this is the correct anchor set.

Order THU410. That is the manufacturer part number for the TOTO undercounter lavatory mounting set for tall rim bowls, and it is the only configuration the set comes in, so there is no finish, size, or handing option to specify with it.

Plan on a new set. The THU410 is stocked specifically as a replacement anchor set, and anchors that have been through a demolition, or that have sat under a wet counter for years, rarely come out clean enough to torque again. Pulling a bowl usually damages the studs or the clips, so ordering the set with the sink keeps the job moving.
