TOTO THU409 – Frequently Asked Questions
1) What is the TOTO THU409 used for?
The THU409 is a mounting set for an undercounter TOTO lavatory. It is the hardware that secures the bowl up under the counter deck rather than a faucet or drain part, so it is what you order when the sink itself needs to be hung or re-hung.
2) Is the THU409 the standard rim version or the tall rim version?
TOTO catalogues the THU409 as the tall rim undercounter lavatory mounting set. If the bowl you are hanging uses a standard rim height, the tall rim set is not the one to order.
3) What part number do I give my supplier for the TOTO undercounter lav mounting set?
Order it as TOTO THU409. That is the manufacturer part number for the tall rim undercounter lavatory mounting set, and it ships as a single configuration, so there is no finish or size to specify with it.
4) Does the THU409 mounting set include the sink, faucet, or drain?
No. The THU409 is mounting hardware only, the set that holds an undercounter TOTO lav to the counter. The lavatory bowl, faucet, supplies, and P-trap are all separate orders.
How fast can I get the TOTO THU409 delivered?

continental
U.S.
