No on 1-1/4 inch: the thinnest door the AP622 is set up for is 1-3/8 inches. Glass is covered, though, since the AP600 pulls have mounting for metal, wood and glass doors, so specify the mount and the glass thickness when ordering. For a thinner wood door in the 1-1/8 to 1-3/8 inch range, the Deltana OHP620 back-to-back offset handle pull is built for that thickness.
2) What is the difference between E-Mount and G-Mount on a Trimco AP600 leather wrapped pull?
