1) What stud or screw size does the Sta-Kon A116 fork terminal fit?
It is a No. 6 stud terminal, so it slips over a #6 screw or terminal stud. The fork (spade) tongue lets you slide it under a partially loosened screw head instead of pulling the screw out, which is why electricians favor it on panel and control terminal blocks.
2) Is this an insulated or non-insulated terminal, and does that matter for my install?
The A116 is a non-insulated fork terminal, bare copper with a metallic finish. That means the crimp barrel and tongue are exposed, so you provide the insulation yourself (heat shrink or sleeving) where conductors run close together or where code or spec calls for a covered termination. If you want the insulation built in, pick an insulated fork terminal instead.
3) Can I use the A116 fork terminal on aluminum wire?
No. The A116 is a copper terminal and is specified for copper conductors in the 22 to 16 AWG range. Aluminum conductors need a connector marked AL or AL9CU; putting copper-only hardware on aluminum risks a bad connection over time.
4) What voltage is the Sta-Kon A116 rated for?

5) Should I use a fork terminal or a ring terminal on a control panel terminal block?

It is a crimp-on terminal, not a screw or solder lug, so it needs a crimper matched to the 22 to 16 AWG barrel. Use a ratcheting crimp tool with the correct die for non-insulated terminals, not the insulated color-coded nest. Pliers will not give a repeatable connection.
