No. The ring on the F10711U is sized for 1/4 inch hardware and will not slip over a 5/16 inch or M8 stud. For those you need the same 4 AWG barrel with a larger ring; going the other way, a 1/4 inch ring on a #10 stud works mechanically but relies on a wide washer to seat properly.
