    1) Will the Von Duprin 33AF-4ft fit a narrow stile aluminum storefront door?

If you want the door to look dogged but stay latched, look at electric latch retraction instead (EL or QEL), which is offered on the 33A.
    4) Will the 33AF latch into the strike that's already on my frame?
    Latchbolt throw is 3/4 inch on the 33A rim device. A rim device latches into a surface mounted strike on the frame stop, not into an ANSI mortise strike pocket, so if the old device was a rim device of the same make the strike location usually carries over; if you are coming off a mortise or vertical rod device, plan on a new strike and new prep.
