1) Does the WAC Blake 12 inch LED sconce need a driver or transformer, or can it wire straight to a junction box?
No driver or transformer. The Blake WS-85212 uses AC LED technology and wires directly to a 120V supply, and it mounts on a standard pancake junction box. That makes it a straight swap in shallow wall cavities where there's no room behind the plate for a remote driver. It is hardwired only.
2) Can the Blake sconce be installed in a bathroom or a covered exterior entry?
Damp location listed, ETL and cETL, with an IP44 rating, so a bathroom wall outside the shower zone or a covered porch or breezeway is fine. It is not rated for wet locations, so keep it out of direct rain or spray.
3) Is this WAC sconce ADA compliant for a corridor in a commercial building?
Yes, Blake is ADA rated. At 5.25 inches wide the fixture projection stays within what a corridor or egress path needs, and it is listed for damp locations, which covers most interior commercial and hospitality applications.

5) What dimmer works with the WAC Blake LED sconce?
Use an electronic low voltage (ELV) or TRIAC dimmer. Standard incandescent leading-edge controls outside those two types are not the right match for this fixture. At 16.9W draw you can put a number of them on one dimmer before you approach a typical control's rating.

1300 lumens from 16.9 watts, with a flood distribution through an etched opal glass diffuser. 7) Can the Blake sconce be mounted upward instead of down?
It can be mounted either way. Blake can be installed up or down to suit the application, so the same fixture works as an uplight over a dining area or a downward wash in a hallway. Decide orientation at install, not at order.
