1) How low can the WAC Manhattan 26 inch LED pendant hang, and how high can the ceiling be?
The Manhattan 26 inch pendant drops from a minimum of 13 inches up to a maximum of 120 inches. It ships with 10 feet of wire plus three 12 inch downrods and one 6 inch downrod, so you build the drop from those. At its shortest it converts to a semi flush mount, which is what you want in a corridor or a low basement unit. For stairwells or tall foyers you can run the full 120 inches, but additional downrods are a separate order.
2) Will the Manhattan LED pendant mount on a sloped ceiling?
Yes. The canopy includes a hang straight swivel, so it self-levels on a slope without an extra adapter kit. It is a ceiling-mounted, rod-hung fixture with a 6.25 inch round canopy, so it covers a standard 4 inch octagon box.
3) Does the Manhattan pendant need a separate LED driver or transformer?
No. It is an ACLED fixture running directly on 120V line voltage, so there is no remote driver or transformer to find space for above the ceiling. It is hardwired, and the integrated LED is not a replaceable lamp.
4) What dimmer works with the WAC Manhattan LED pendant?
Use an electronic low voltage (ELV) or TRIAC dimmer for smooth continuous dimming. A standard incandescent-only or 0-10V control is the wrong choice here and will give you flicker or drop-out. If you are standardizing a building, spec the ELV dimmer on the same circuit for all of them.
5) Can the Manhattan LED pendant go in a covered porch or a bathroom?
It is damp location rated with an IP44 rating, so a covered exterior entry, a porch ceiling, or a bathroom outside the shower zone is fine. It is not for wet locations with direct rain exposure. Certification is ETL and cETL, which covers US and Canadian installs.
6) Is the Manhattan LED pendant Title 24 or Energy Star compliant for a California job?
It is Title 20 compliant, but not Title 24 compliant and not Energy Star listed. If your California permit set calls for Title 24 compliant luminaires in that space, this one will not satisfy that line item.
7) How much light does the 26 inch Manhattan pendant put out, and is it enough over a dining table?

Step down to 14 or 20 inches for a kitchen island, an entry, or a bedside drop where the 26 inch body would crowd the sightline. All three are the same rod-hung fabric shade design.
9) What finishes does the 26 inch Manhattan LED pendant come in?
Two orderable finishes: black (PD-13714-BK) and brushed nickel (PD-13714-BN), both at 2700K. The Manhattan family pairs matte black hardware with a beige textured fabric shade and brushed nickel hardware with a white fabric shade, so the shade colour follows the hardware choice rather than being picked separately.
10) What happens when the LED in the Manhattan pendant burns out, since there is no bulb to change?
There is no relamping. The LED is integrated and supplied with the fixture, rated at an average 50,000 hours, built on an aluminum base. For an MRO or multi-family program that means no lamp SKU to stock, but a full fixture swap at end of life, so plan attic stock accordingly.
11) Is the WAC Manhattan pendant ADA compliant?
