1) Do I need a transformer for the WAC Chamber 12V bollard, or does it run straight off line voltage?
It needs a power supply. The Chamber 6631 bollard is a 12V fixture and requires a magnetic or electronic low voltage transformer, sold separately. The LED engine accepts 9-15V AC input and draws 5.5W (6VA), so size the transformer's VA budget accordingly across all fixtures on the run. If you need to wire directly to line voltage, the Chamber bollard is also offered in 120V and 277V versions.
2) Can I tie this WAC bollard into my existing landscape lighting run?
Yes. The 12V Chamber bollard taps into an existing low voltage landscape system. It ships with a 36 inch lead wire and two gel filled direct burial wire nuts, so you can splice into a buried run without an extra junction box. Just confirm your transformer has the spare capacity for another 6VA load.
3) How does the Chamber bollard mount, and can I set it in concrete instead of soil?
A guardian spike mounting accessory comes in the box, which is what you use for planting beds and soil. For a walkway, patio edge, or anywhere you want it set permanently in concrete, order the concrete pour kit M66-CON-KIT separately. The fixture is not reversible mounting, so it installs upright on the spike or kit only.
4) What dimmer works with the 12V Chamber bollard?
Use a Magnetic Low Voltage (MLV) dimmer on the 12V version, which gives smooth continuous dimming down to 10 percent. Standard incandescent or TRIAC wall dimmers are the wrong control for this fixture at 12V. If you are specifying the 120V version instead, that one takes a TRIAC or ELV dimmer, and the 277V takes ELV.

It stands 30 inches tall on a 6 inch diameter body, so it throws light at shin-to-knee height for path and bed marking rather than area lighting. Pick 2700K for a warmer, more residential look and 3000K for a slightly crisper white. Keep the temperature consistent across a property, since mixing them on the same walkway is visible at night.
