1) Can the WAC Colorscaping 4011-CS step light be used outdoors in the rain or near the coast?

2) Does the 4011-CS step light run on line voltage or does it need a transformer?
It is a 12V fixture and must be fed from a low voltage transformer, not 120V. The LED module is integral (bulb included, one LED source) and draws 5W total, so size the transformer wattage against the number of fixtures on the run. It is hardwired, not plug-in.
3) What finishes does the WAC Colorscaping 4011 step light come in?
