Yes. The EN-O24100-RB2-T is a factory sealed, IP44 rated enclosed power supply listed by UL and cUL for wet locations, so it withstands low velocity sprays of water from every direction. If the mounting spot is indoors or a covered damp location only, the EN-OD24100-RB2-T is the version for that use.
2) What dimmer works with the WAC EN-O24100-RB2-T outdoor LED driver?
Use a 0-10V dimmer. It dims smoothly and continuously down to 10 percent. An ELV dimmer will not control this driver, that is the control type for the damp location EN-OD24100-RB2-T instead. Specify the 0-10V control wiring on the job so the electrician runs the low voltage control pair to the driver.
3) Will this WAC driver run on a 277V commercial circuit?
It will. The EN-O24100-RB2-T takes 120V through 277V universal input, which covers both 120V residential feeds and 277V commercial lighting circuits, and puts out 24V DC. The damp location EN-OD24100-RB2-T is 120V input only.
4) How much LED tape can one EN-O24100-RB2-T power supply handle?
Total wattage is 96W at 24V DC. Add up the per foot wattage of the InvisiLED PRO or RGB outdoor tape run you are feeding and keep the total under that figure, or split the run across additional drivers.
5) Which WAC tape light does the EN-O24100-RB2-T transformer feed?
It is the driver for 24V InvisiLED PRO and InvisiLED RGB submersible outdoor tape light. It is not a 12V supply and it is not intended for other voltage tape.
6) How does the connection between this driver and the outdoor tape stay watertight?
The power supply uses male-to-female connectors that tighten down to form a water tight connection to the tape light leads, so the splice does not need a separate potted box.
7) Is the EN-O24100-RB2-T plug-in or does it need to be wired in?
Hardwired. There is no cord and plug, so the line side goes back to a junction box on a 120V to 277V branch circuit, plus the 0-10V control pair if you are dimming it. The housing is aluminum.

Yes, it is a Class 2 enclosed electronic power supply, UL and cUL listed to 1598. That is what keeps the 24V output side within Class 2 limits for the tape light wiring.
