1) Does the WAC Miso FM-11422 flush mount work on 277V commercial circuits?
Yes. The Miso FM-11422 accepts 120V or 277V input at 50/60Hz, so the same fixture goes on a residential 120V branch circuit or a 277V commercial lighting circuit without a separate part number. Draw is 27 watts.
2) Can the Miso LED flush mount be installed on a wall, or ceiling only?
Both. The Miso 22 inch LED fixture can be mounted on a ceiling or a wall in any orientation, and the driver sits concealed inside the canopy so there is no remote driver to find a home for.
3) If I order the 3000K Miso, can the color temperature still be changed later?
Yes. The FM-11422 has built-in color temperature adjustability across 2700K, 3000K, 3500K and 4000K. You can pre-select a temperature when ordering (FM-11422-27-BK, -30-BK, -35-BK or -40-BK) or change it in the field on the fixture itself. That matters for a property manager standardizing a lobby or corridor: one SKU covers every warmth you might need to match.
4) What dimmer will the WAC Miso flush mount work with?
The Miso dims on either ELV or TRIAC control. On an ELV dimmer it runs 100 percent down to 10 percent; on a TRIAC (standard forward-phase) dimmer it goes 100 percent to 5 percent. If you want the deeper low end, spec TRIAC.
5) Is the Miso FM-11422 bright enough for a bedroom or small office?
It delivers 1518 lumens from 27 watts at 90 CRI, with the light directed downward by a white diffuser inside the black spun aluminum shade. That output suits general ambient lighting in a bedroom, entry, or small office; for a large open room you would plan on more than one fixture or a supplementary source, since all of the light is thrown down rather than spread onto the ceiling.
6) What finishes does the WAC Miso 22 inch flush mount come in?
Black only. Every orderable configuration of the FM-11422 is a black spun aluminum shade with an acrylic white diffuser; the only other choice you make is color temperature. If the job needs a white or metallic ceiling fixture, this is not the model.
7) Do I need to order bulbs or a driver separately for the Miso flush mount?
No. The Miso is an integrated LED luminaire, rated at 50,000 hours, with the driver built into the canopy. There is no lamp to buy and no remote driver or transformer to mount in the ceiling. Because the LED is integral, the fixture is replaced rather than relamped at end of life, which is worth knowing for MRO planning.
8) Will the Miso flush mount give good color rendering for retail or hospitality use?
