They are the same brushed aluminum combination carpet and tile flange in three gang sizes. The 818TCAL is the one-gang, the 828TCAL is the two-gang, and the 838TCAL is the three-gang. Match the flange to the number of gangs on the 880W floor box already set in the slab, since the flange has to cover that box opening.
2) Do I need a separate carpet flange and tile flange for a Wiremold 880W floor box?
No. The 880W combination flange handles both. It is a single carpet and tile flange, so one part number covers an opening that gets carpet and an adjacent one that gets tile. On a mixed-flooring job you stock one flange per gang size instead of two.
3) How much will a Wiremold 880W combination flange stand above the floor?
