1) Will the Wiremold 2300 Series raceway work in a plastic-only run where I don't want to bond metal surface raceway?
Yes. The 2300 Series base and cover is a nonmetallic raceway made of plastic, so there is no metal channel to bond. That is the practical difference between it and steel surface raceway: with a metal raceway you have a conductive enclosure to deal with, and with this one you don't. It carries low-voltage or branch-circuit wiring in a plastic channel that stays electrically isolated from the wire it protects.
2) Does the Wiremold 2300 raceway come in white, or only ivory?
Both. The ivory version is MPN 2300BAC and the white is 2300BAC-WH. Those are the two finishes offered, so on a building that already has ivory devices and cover plates you order the plain 2300BAC, and on newer white trim you take the -WH. The raceway is painted or wallpapered over on some jobs, but matching the finish out of the box saves that step.
3) Can I open up a Wiremold 2300 run later to add cable without tearing it off the wall?
