This sectional mortise keypad lock features stainless steel mechanism construction, 2-3/4" backset, and 3/4" stainless steel latchbolt throw for robust commercial applications. UL/cUL fire rated up to 3 hours and windstorm certified, this lock accommodates 1-3/4" standard doors with field reversible handing for versatile installation.

Installation & Operation
- Verify door preparation meets mortise lock requirements including 2-3/4" backset and proper door thickness (1-3/4" standard, up to 3-1/4" available to order).
- Disconnect power supply before beginning installation. Follow all applicable electrical codes and safety procedures.
- Mount the mortise lock body in the prepared door pocket ensuring proper alignment with strike preparation in the frame.
- Route and connect wiring according to manufacturer wiring diagrams. Use appropriate wire gauge and connectors for the application.
- Configure operational settings including access codes and any configurable options per application requirements.
- Restore power and test all functions including normal operation, keypad response, and thumbturn operation.
- Complete final inspection and document settings. Refer to manufacturer documentation for complete wiring diagrams, programming instructions, and troubleshooting.
