The RC10E is sized for 4 to 6 mm2 conductor, which is the metric range that corresponds roughly to 12 and 10 AWG stranded wire. The yellow insulation is the colour code for that range on this terminal, so if your conductor is smaller than 4 mm2 the barrel will not crimp down tight and you want the next size down.

Electrolytic copper barrel. That means it is for copper conductor only, not aluminum feeders, and it should be crimped with a tool matched to insulated copper terminals of the 4 to 6 mm2 range.
