1) Will the Red Dot AT-7 work with EMT, or is it rigid conduit only?
Rigid and IMC only. The AT-7 is a Series A conduit body built for threaded rigid metal conduit and intermediate metal conduit, so the hubs are threaded, not set-screw or compression. If your run is EMT, you need an EMT-style body or a threaded adapter at each hub.
