2) Can I use the KTEB-275-UV ballast on 120V and 277V circuits?
Yes. It is a universal-voltage ballast rated 120-277V input, so the same part works on 120V, 208V, 240V and 277V building circuits. That is what the UV in the part number means, and it is useful if you maintain fixtures on mixed voltages and want to stock one ballast.
3) Will this ballast work on a dimming circuit or with wireless lighting controls?
No. The KTEB-275-UV-TP-PIC-DP is non-dimmable and has no wireless control capability, so it must be fed from a plain switched or relay-controlled circuit. Putting it on a dimmer will not dim the lamps and risks damaging the ballast. If the space needs dimming, specify a dimming ballast instead.
4) Is this a fluorescent ballast or an LED driver?
It is an electronic fluorescent ballast for T12 lamps, not an LED driver, and no LED module comes with it.
