Yes. The HCT363611H is a Type 3R enclosure, which is the rainproof outdoor rating, and it carries an IP24 rating as well. Type 3R protects against rain, sleet and snow from the outside and against external ice formation damage, so it suits an exterior wall-mounted current transformer cabinet. It is not a washdown or hosedown enclosure, so if your location sees pressure washing or heavy splashing you want a Type 4 or 4X instead.
