Three will work. The JTRM63 has a tri-drive round head that accepts a flat blade, a #2-type Phillips, and a square (Robertson) driver, so whatever is already on your belt or in the drill will turn it. On a panel of device screws that means no swapping bits mid-box.

Round head sits proud of the surface with a domed top, which is what you want for mounting devices into a box, fixture straps, panel hardware, and ground screws in a tapped hole. If you need the head to sit flush in a countersunk cover plate or trim, round head is the wrong profile; use a flat or oval head 6-32 instead.

These are steel with a zinc plating. Zinc plating handles dry interior work, panel interiors, and normally dry boxes fine, but it is a sacrificial coating, not stainless. For wet locations, exterior enclosures, coastal sites, or anywhere washdown chemicals are involved, specify stainless 6-32 hardware instead.

A machine screw has a uniform straight thread and no point; it needs an existing tapped hole or a nut, which is exactly how device yokes, box ears, and panel hardware are built. A sheet metal or self-tapping screw forms its own thread in unthreaded metal. If you are screwing into a factory 6-32 tapped hole, the JTRM63 is the correct type; if you are fastening into bare sheet steel with no threads, you need a self-tapper.
