You need a minimum 39 inch (991 mm) sink base cabinet. The sink itself is 36 x 22 inches nominal, and the extra cabinet width covers the apron cutout and support. If your existing base is a standard 36 inch cabinet, it will not take this sink without rebuilding the cabinet run.

Undermount. The Delancey 77SB36220A mounts beneath the counter with the apron exposed at the cabinet face, so the countertop fabricator needs to cut and support for an undermount farmhouse install. There is no rim to rest on the deck.

The sink is drilled with 4 oversized undermount holes, sized to help route faucet shanks and accessory hardware on an undermount installation. Because the sink sits under the deck, your faucet and any soap dispenser or air gap still get set in the countertop or the deck material above; the oversized holes give clearance for the connections rather than serving as the deck mount.

Plan on it. Yes. The Delancey is a cast iron kitchen sink with a standard kitchen drain opening, so a conventional 3-1/2 inch basket strainer or a disposer flange mounts in it. Strainer and tailpiece are not part of the sink and need to be ordered separately, along with the faucet.

Brilliant White is the only finish offered, part number 77SB36220A.308. It is porcelain enamel over cast iron, so if you are matching other fixtures in a kitchen or a multi-family turn package, you are matching to white and nothing else on this model.
