A 36-inch minimum cabinet is required. The Delancey measures 33-1/6 x 22-1/16 x 8-11/16 inches (840 x 560 x 221 mm) overall, and because it's an apron front the cabinet face has to be cut back so the apron sits exposed. Plan the base cabinet before the sink lands on site; a 33-inch sink base will not take it.

Four oversized undermount holes are drilled in the sink for faucet and accessory mounting, so the faucet and up to three accessories (sprayer, soap dispenser, air gap, filtered water) land on the sink itself rather than the counter. Four holes on a 4-hole layout means you should confirm your faucet is a single-hole or widespread set that fits that drilling before you order trim.

Undermount. The Delancey hangs below the counter with the apron exposed at the cabinet face, which means the countertop has to be templated and cut to the sink after it is on site, and the cast iron body needs support framing built into the cabinet before the stone goes down. It is not a drop-in and cannot be reversed to sit on the deck.

Cast iron with a fired enamel surface takes abuse from pots and cleaning without denting or showing scratch patterns the way a thin stainless bowl does, and it deadens disposal and water noise. The trade-off is weight: a 33 x 22 inch cast iron double bowl needs blocking or a support ledger in the sink base, which a stainless undermount usually does not. The Delancey ships as the cast iron sink body only. Faucet, drain assemblies or strainers for both bowls, tailpieces, the continuous waste tee, P-trap, and any cabinet support framing are all separate. Budget two drain openings since it's a double bowl, and pick the faucet to match the 4-hole drilling in the sink deck.

Brilliant White is the only finish offered, ordered as part number 77DB33220A.308. It's a porcelain enamel over cast iron, so the color is fired into the surface rather than coated on top.
