You need a minimum 39 inch (991 mm) sink base cabinet. The sink itself is nominally 36 x 22-1/16 x 8-5/8 inches (915 x 560 x 219 mm), and because it's an apron front, the cabinet face has to be cut back so the apron sits exposed. Anything under 39 inches won't take it.

Undermount. The Delancey 77DB36220A mounts below the countertop with the apron exposed at the front of the cabinet run, so the counter fabricator needs the sink on site to template the cutout and the faucet holes. It is not a self-rimming drop-in and won't sit on top of a cut opening.

Not as a straight swap. Going to the Delancey means cutting the face of the sink base cabinet to expose the apron, adding support underneath, and having the countertop re-cut for an undermount with four holes drilled in the deck. If you want a drop-in replacement you need a self-rimming sink, not this one.

Four holes, and they're drilled oversized through the deck for undermount mounting, which gives you room to line up a faucet plus accessories like a side spray, soap dispenser or air switch. On an undermount apron sink the holes sit in the deck material behind the sink, so the four holes are what you have to work with when you pick the faucet set.

Both bowls run 8-5/8 inches (219 mm) deep, and each bowl measures 15-3/16 inches (386 mm) wide by 15-3/8 inches (390 mm) front to back. That's an even 50/50 split rather than an offset low-divide layout, so you get two equal working bowls but neither one will take a full sheet pan flat.

Plan on it. A 36 x 22 inch cast iron sink with two 8-5/8 inch deep bowls is heavy before you add water, and undermount cast iron is carried by the cabinet and a support cradle, not by the countertop. Build a ledger or plywood platform in the base cabinet set to the height that brings the deck tight to the underside of the counter.
