American Standard Delsea 8 in. Widespread Bath Faucet - AMS-7013801

The Delsea uses American Standard's Speed Connect hoses, which snap together to make the watertight connection under the deck. That is the joint between the faucet body and the hoses, so a plumber is not making up a threaded or soldered connection there. You still tie the hose tails into your stops with your own supply risers.

If the deck is already drilled for an 8 inch widespread, yes, the three-piece layout matches. Widespread faucets tolerate some variation in spread because the spout and each handle mount independently and are joined underneath by hoses rather than a rigid deck plate, so the exact center distance on the old sink does not have to match to the sixteenth.

Matte black is the finish offered, ordered as American Standard part number 7013801.243. If you are matching a bathroom that already runs chrome or brushed nickel trim, this one will not blend in with it.

Ceramic disc. That is the drip-free style of valve, and it is why the handles turn smoothly rather than tightening down onto a rubber washer. For a property manager cycling a unit between tenants, ceramic disc is the maintenance profile you want over a washer-type stem.

Both are metal. The spout is metal and so are the handles, which matters on high-traffic openings like a rental bath or a hotel guest room where plastic handle inserts are usually the first thing to crack.

The Delsea 7013801.243 is the faucet itself, spout, handles, and the Speed Connect hoses. Plan on ordering the pop-up or grid drain separately in matte black if you want the drain to match the faucet.
